  • Your use of this website and any service contained within constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect your information to the extent permitted by law. We collect your address including your phone number & email address if you place an order with us either over the phone, our website/ app. We only use your information to full fill your order and to send you special offers from time to time. Should you wish to have your details removed from our database and will endeavour to do it within three business days.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, Master, Delta, Electron & Switch in our store and on the website/ App. We are unable to take card payments over the phone. By making the payment you are entering in to a contract however we reserve the right to refuse service under some circumstances. Minimum order amount applies. In the event we need to refund your payment, we will endeavour to do it within 7 to 10 days.

Orders & Cancellation Policy

  • The order confirmation is the record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone other than yourself has ordered on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
  • Amendments to the order or delivery time can be made no later than 30 minutes prior to the quoted delivery time.
  • Amendments to the content of your order can be made up to 30 minutes before your quoted delivery time begins. Any amendments to the order must be made by calling the relevant store directly. The amendments may result in your initial order/ payment being cancelled resulting in a new order & payment.
  • If you need your order to be delivered at a specific time, please mention it when placing the order. Delivery slot will be allocated subject to availability.
  • Any cancellation made up to 30 minutes before start of the allocated delivery time will be charged in full.

Allergies & Product Availability

  • As we endeavour to provide all the products advertised, it is sometime not possible due to stock outs and other factors beyond our control. In case you have any food allergies, please consult the allergen sheet or ask a member of the staff. Some of our products contain nuts etc and even though we take great care to prevent cross contamination, there may be instances when is not entirely possible.

Delivery

  • We aim to provide you a prompt home delivery service but it is sometimes not possible due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, road closures & staff illness/ absence. Delivery orders could be placed 30 minutes prior to the store closing and are subject to change under some circumstances.
